WW RECIPE - Beef and Red Onion Egg Bites

This is a high protein, low carbohydrate and low fat recipe. For those following WW it is 4 SP on the Green Plan and 2 SP on the Purple and Blue plans.


Serves: 1

Ingredients:
  • 1 Egg
  • Liquid Egg White
  • Chopped Lean Beef
  • Diced Red Onion
  • Diced Red Bell Pepper
  • Seasoning

Note: For Seasoning I use Knorr Aromat and WW Popcorn Seasoning (White Cheddar flavour, you get the cheese taste for zero calories).


Procedure:

Turn your egg bite maker on and spray the 4 cups with Pam. 

Beat the egg with 3 TBSP liquid egg whites and add seasoning to taste.



Get your prepared the diced beef, red onion and red bell pepper and put into the 4 egg bite cups.


Spoon in the egg mixture to just below the rim of the cups.
Note: I fill mine slightly higher than I should, because I like them to rise and touch the upper hotplate. I prefer a browned and slightly crispy top!


Put on the egg bites machine and bake for approximately 15 minutes.


Remove from the cups and enjoy. They really are delicious!
