The first thing to realize is the sachet is much bigger than the Boost sachets. One sachet is dissolved in 8 ounces of hot water. Each pack contains 10 sachets and they are 50 calories a sachet!
Once dissolved the broth can be drunk as a cup-a-soup (with the added health benefits of bone broth). I have done this with the beef flavour and it tastes really good!
Where this product is so understated and underplayed is in its versatility. It is powder in sachets and it is shelf stable, even when opened. You want 4 ounces of broth for a recipe? Use half a sachet and 4 ounces water. Fold over the top of the sachet and save for another day. No refrigeration is needed, it's a powder!
If space is an issue for you, with these sachets you no longer need to store huge cartons of broth. These handy sachets can be stored anywhere and don't take up much space!
These are really going to come into their own for us in the summer when we are camping. They are so easy to carry and to store. We can drink them and cook with them. They take up minimal space, even with the limitations of a tent and backpack, they won't weigh us down!
